Shipping
Every piece professionally packaged, fully insured, and shipped with care.
Handling & packaging
Every artwork is carefully packaged by professional art handlers to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging includes:
- Acid-free tissue paper and glassine wrapping
- Corner protectors and foam padding for framed works
- Custom-sized rigid cardboard or wooden crates for larger pieces
- Climate-appropriate packaging materials
- Fragile handling labels and orientation indicators
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your artwork ships. Some oversized or fragile pieces may require additional preparation time — we will notify you if this applies to your order.
Domestic shipping
We ship to all 50 states via insured carriers. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the size of the artwork:

All domestic shipments include tracking and full insurance. For multi-item orders, the shipping rate of the largest piece applies.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Important: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price. In the rare event of damage during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you and our shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Signature required
For your protection, all artwork shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If you need to arrange an alternative delivery, contact us before your order ships.
Delivery issues
If your artwork arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately at t@austingallery.org. Please retain all packaging materials until any claim is resolved.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control, but we will work with you to track and resolve any problems.
