Fimo Professional is built around one priority: the shape you make is the shape you get. It is noticeably firmer than everything else here, and firmness is what stops a form softening and rounding while you work on the part next to it.

Why canework demands it: a millefiori cane is reduced by stretching, and every millimetre of that stretch is an opportunity for the internal pattern to smear. Firm clay resists that distortion, which is why serious caneworkers standardize on Fimo Professional almost universally.
